Delete your data

1. How to ask us to delete your data

Email admin@rudragrup.com with the subject line “Delete my data”, and include the mobile number your Brokers99 account is registered with. Send it from an email address or phone number we already hold for you, so we can match the request to your account.

We may ask you to verify your identity before we delete anything. This protects you: without it, anyone who knows your number could erase your records.

2. How long it takes

We acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete it within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy. If identity verification is still pending, the 30 days run from the day verification is complete.

3. What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your name, mobile number, email address and profile details
  • KYC documents and identity details you uploaded
  • Property listings you posted, and the photos and videos attached to them
  • Client, buyer, seller, tenant and landlord records you created
  • Any Facebook Page connection and the stored Page access token (see section 5)

4. What we must keep, and why

Some records cannot be deleted on request, because Indian law requires us to keep them. These are kept only for the period the law requires, and are not used to contact you or to build a profile of you:

  • Invoices, payments and tax records — retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law
  • Audit logs of actions taken on the platform — retained where required for security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution
  • Records tied to an open dispute or legal proceeding — retained until it is closed

We may also keep anonymised or aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.

5. Data obtained through Facebook

If you connected a Facebook Page so that Brokers99 could publish your listings to it, we store the Page’s name, its id, and an access token for that Page. We never store your Facebook password, and we never read your personal profile or your messages.

You can remove this yourself at any time, and it takes effect immediately:

  • In the Brokers99 app, open Profile and press Disconnect next to your Page name, or
  • On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Brokers99.

Either way the stored token is deleted and Brokers99 can no longer post to your Page. Posts already published stay on your Page and remain yours — you can delete them on Facebook.

6. What deletion means for your listings

Deleting your account removes your listings from Brokers99, 99Yard and 99Lease. Enquiries that other brokers have already received about those listings are their own records and stay with them.

7. If you are not satisfied

You can lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer at admin@rudragrup.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
